Over the last week we’ve been making adjustments and upgrades to our server system to deal with the server issues we have been facing in Sandship.
Sadly the nature of issues is such that there is no one day fix, and it will take some time, even though we are working day and night to get this done. Most of the issues and crashes people are experiencing are due to that one thing, so when we get this working things will just become very stable in one go. We want to provide more content for you to play, but this is of course higher priority, and everyone at Rockbite is focused on getting this done. Honestly, none of us ever imagined the number of users being so many, so fast – and so we just couldn’t scale our systems that fast. We are very sorry for all the crashes and bugs that are now happening, and just wanted to let you know that this is our only priority now before anything else. We also want to thank everyone for supporting us and patiently waiting for this to be fixed.
P.S. There is actually a huge list of connected bugs that are all about blueprints – that have nothing to do with server issues, which is great because a fix for that is coming soon. We’ll notify everyone about it as soon as it’s out. One problem at a time.
